Prof. XUE Siguang (1901-1987), from Rui 'an. LL.B. of Kyushu University, Japan. Professor of Sun Yat-sen University, Dean of Sun Yat-sen University Law School, Chairman of the Department of Law. Since 1951, Professor and Vice Provost of Xiamen University, Professor of Wuhan University and Professor of Hubei University.

Prof. XUE Siguang was Professor of Tongji University from August 1947 to February 1951, Director of the Judicial Section and Dean of Tongji Law School from September 1948 to February 1949.
