On December 17, 2022, the online conference “Reconstruction of Order: Law 3.0 and Network 3.0" was successfully held at Tongji University. This forum is the eleventh subforum of the annual forum of national outstanding young scholars, which is organized by the editorial department of Exploration and Controversy and hosted by Tongji Law School. The forum was the first one in China to came up with the topic “Law 3.0". The forum focused on the theme of Law 3.0 and the reconstruction of order in the era of Network 3.0, including the keynote speech and three subforums, including the thought of system, the change of rights and the solution of freedom. Nearly 20 research institutes, including Peking University, Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Tianjin University, Zhongnan University of Economics and Law, Southeast University, Northwest University of Political Science and Law, Internet Rule of Law Research Institute (Hangzhou), Ningbo University, Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics, Zhejiang University of Technology, Shanghai Jiaotong University, Fudan University, East China University of Political Science and Law, East China University of Science and Technology, Shanghai University, Shanghai University of International Business and Economics, Shanghai No. 1 Intermediate People's Court, Tongji University, etc. More than 30 experts and scholars from nearly 20 research institutions and judicial organs in China gathered together to discuss the theoretical connotation, system structure and practical path of the topic of “Law 3.0” and jointly depict the picture of Web 3.0 order. The forum continued to attract nearly 200 audiences to listen to the discussion online.
